How are my items shipped?

All of our metal art work is shipped through the United States Post Office.

How long will it take for me to get the item?

If your item is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as payment is received and you should have it within 2-3 days of receipt of that payment.

How long will it take to get my item if it is not in stock?

Generally it takes 2-2 1/2 weeks to turn an item that is not in stock.  This is to allow enough time for the item to “cure” before we ship it.  This process could be shortened if we are in the process of replenishing our stock.

How long will it take for me to get a “customized” piece?

If your item is one that we carry in our shop, and you are just adding a name or changing the color, etc. the turn time is the same as an out of stock item…2-2 1/2 weeks.  This is to allow the item to “cure” before we ship it out.

What do I do if I want an item personalized?

Just email us at superiorautowrks@aol.com and let us know what piece you would like and how you want it personalized.  That’s all there is to it.

What if I want something made that you do not show on your website?

Just send us an email at superiorautowrks@aol.com with a picture of what you have in mind.  We will design it and once we have your approval on the design and the price which is based off of your design, we will proceed with cutting out your request.
